Today in SCIENCE we:

• Had current events. When will your turn be?
• Did vocabulary #14, handed in vocabulary #13.
• Talked about the COLOSSAL SQUID!! How big is it? How does it compare to a giant squid? How far down the hallway do we have to go to illustrate its size?
• Talked about pioneer speices. What is a pioneer species? It was one of our vocabulary words a while back.
• Did the give it a try on p62, worked in partners.
• Read p62-63 together. What is succession? What is the difference between primary and secondary succession? These were vocabulary words last week!
• Complete p64 #1-6 for homework. Due MONDAY.
